You'll get your hands dirty (with flour, butter, and sugar - the good kind).

You'll be part of our daily kitchen flow - learning the rhythm, standards, and systems behind running a busy pastry team.

We don't make coffee runs here. We'll teach you how to scale recipes, temper fillings, and make the perfect glaze that shines.

What You'll Learn & Do

  • Assist in daily mise en place and production (weighing, mixing, frying, glazing, filling)
  • Learn the basics of dough fermentation and pastry consistency
  • Support the team in doughnut assembly, packaging, and display setup
  • Maintain hygiene, organization, and flow in the kitchen
  • Observe R&D sessions and seasonal product trials when available
  • Get exposure to real café operations and front-of-house rhythm

What We're Looking For

  • Students currently enrolled in a culinary or pastry program (or fresh graduates)
  • Curious, hardworking, and eager to learn - we value attitude over experience
  • Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Minimum 3-month commitment

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
