Marketing Executive (Products/ Services) | Kuching

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  2. Develop and implement annual marketing plans for product/ services segments.

  3. Identify growth opportunities and propose campaigns aligned with business objectives.

  4. Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to align product strategies with revenue goals.

  5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  6. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, buying behaviours, and industry trends.

  7. Track competitor activities (pricing, promotions, launches) and recommend positioning adjustments.

  8. Gather insights from distributors and frontline sales to fine-tune campaigns.

  9. Campaign Management & Execution

  10. Plan and manage product launches, seasonal promotions, and bundle campaigns.

  11. Brief and coordinate with the content creation team (designers, videographers) to produce high-quality materials.

  12. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance expectations.

  13. Digital Marketing & Advertising

  14. Managed product-focused advertising campaigns (social media ads, event listings, SEO, email marketing).

  15. Optimise ad spend based on performance data and ROI.

  16. Monitor online presence and engagements.

  17. Sales Alignment & Distributor Support

  18. Support distributors and retail partners with marketing materials, campaigns, and activation kits.

  19. Coordinate with sales to align promotions with stock availability and sales priorities.

  20. Provide distributors with performance feedback and marketing insights.

  21. Reporting & Analytics

  22. Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI).

  23. Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  24. Continuously improve campaigns based on data and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Passion for the automotive industry is a must
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years experience in product marketing, preferably in FMCG or Lifestyle Goods
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
