Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a yearly contract employment and it's renewable annually. If you are persuasive, confident on the phone, and enjoy achieving targets, we want to hear from you

Location: Tesla Cyberjaya

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 9:00AM – 6:00PM

* Saturday: 9:00AM – 1:00PM

Basic Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM3,000

(Base Salary + Attractive Commission Scheme)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
• Promote and sell products/services through effective communication
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
• Follow up with potential leads and build customer relationships
• Support management in any other sales or administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Preferable those who can start work within a week
• Must be willing to work at Cyberjaya

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related field
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Familiar with CRM tools and call tracking systems
