JOB SCOPE INTERN – SITE SUPERVISOR

1. Penyelarasan Tapak (Site Coordination)

  • Membantu Site Supervisor dalam memantau kerja harian di tapak projek.
  • Memastikan sub-kontraktor melaksanakan kerja mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.
  • Menyemak kehadiran pekerja tapak setiap hari.

2. Pemantauan Kualiti (Quality Control)

  • Membuat pemeriksaan asas terhadap hasil kerja (finishing, pemasangan, kebersihan tapak).
  • Melaporkan sebarang kecacatan atau ketidakpatuhan kepada penyelia.
  • Mengambil gambar progress kerja untuk rujukan.

3. Keselamatan Tapak (Site Safety)

  • Memastikan pekerja mengikut SOP keselamatan.
  • Membantu memastikan peralatan keselamatan digunakan dengan betul.
  • Melaporkan sebarang risiko bahaya kepada penyelia.

4. Dokumentasi & Laporan (Documentation & Reporting)

  • Menyediakan laporan harian tapak (site daily report).
  • Mengemaskini progress di group kerja/WhatsApp setiap hari.
  • Menyimpan dan menyusun dokumen projek seperti drawing, checklist, claim & delivery order.

5. Bahan & Logistik (Material & Logistics)

  • Membantu membuat semakan material yang diterima di tapak.
  • Menghubungi vendor/runner jika ada kekurangan barang.
  • Memastikan barang disusun dan dijaga dengan baik di tapak.

6. Komunikasi & Sokongan (Communication & Support)

  • Berhubung dengan kontraktor, vendor dan team HQ bila diperlukan.
  • Membantu menyelesaikan masalah kecil di tapak secara proaktif.
  • Menyertai site meeting bersama supervisor.
