Executive - Marketing Communications

Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Sunway Malls Full time 40,000 - 80,000 per year

Main Accountabilities :

i) Develop & execute assigned marketing communications projects.

ii) Provide editorial/copywriting support to A&P events.

iii) Develop mall newsletter and monthly social media reports.

iv) Produce internal communication.

v) Takes care of digital marketing medium,

vi) Develop & execute assigned marketing campaign.

vii) Provide marketing support to tenants.

viii) Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

ix) To comply with all company policies, including those related to OSHA regulations.

x) To adhere to workplace safety protocols, participate in safety training programs, and promptly report any safety hazards or incidents to Company

xi) Understands and applies all policies implemented by Sunway to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.

xii) Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager, or the PDP Officer.

xiii) Complies with all Sunway policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters.

xiv) Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data.

xv) Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately.

xvi) Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.

xvii) Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible.

xviii) Provides full co-operation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation.

xix) All employees are required to adhere to the company's safety, health, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices to create a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment for all.

Requirements :

i) Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent.

ii) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

iii) Demonstrate potential competency in marketing, advertising, promotions & events

iv) Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
