KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
i.Provide recruitment support including document preparation, filing and record maintenance.
ii.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for foreign worker-related matters.
iii.Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail from the mailbox.
iv.Maintain office equipment, including the photocopy machine, ensuring regular servicing and meter reading submission.
v.Maintain and monitor water dispensers and ensure regular sterilization.
vi.Purchase office supplies and items for meetings, customer visits, and general office use.
vii.Compile stationery requisitions from all departments and manage office stationery inventory.
viii.Manage TV welcome display content and ensure timely updates.
ix.Perform end-of-day checks to ensure meeting room lighting and air conditioning are switched off when not in use.
x.Clerical work - typing, filing, photostating and etc. etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
