About The Role

We are looking for a skilled
Mobile Application Developer
to design, develop, and deliver a robust eAttendance System. The application must work seamlessly on both iOS and Android platforms, support online and offline functionality, and include geolocation features to ensure accurate and secure attendance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

  • Develop a responsive mobile application compatible with iOS and Android platforms.
  • Implement an intuitive user interface for clock-in/clock-out operations.
  • Integrate user authentication and session management.

Online & Offline Functionality:

  • Design the application to store data locally when offline.
  • Implement automatic data synchronization once the device reconnects to the internet.
  • Ensure seamless transition between online and offline modes without data loss.

Geolocation Features

  • Integrate GPS technology to capture employee location during attendance.
  • Implement geofencing to restrict attendance to designated areas.
  • Include location accuracy validation to prevent false entries.

Security & Compliance

  • Encrypt stored and transmitted data.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
  • Implement secure API connections for data exchange.

Testing & Deployment

  • Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing).
  • Address all identified bugs and performance issues.
  • Deploy the application to the respective app stores (Apple App Store & Google Play Store).

Key Qualifications

Education:

  • Degree holder with experience in Oracle Enterprise Business Suite & Oracle SQL.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Proven experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native Swift/Kotlin).
  • Experience with geolocation technologies and geofencing implementation.
  • Understanding of offline data storage and synchronization techniques.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and data protection regulations.
  • Ability to test, debug, and deploy applications to app stores.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and oral communication skills (Malay & English).
