Description
- Oversee the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies across all financial reporting tasks.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit processes and resolve queries.
- Maintain an updated understanding of relevant financial regulations and implement necessary changes.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and reporting requests.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Profile
A successful RTR professional should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and Record-to-Report processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude towards process improvements and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to work with diverse teams.
