Duties * Responsibilities
- Maintains records and prepares reports regarding quantity and value of fuel oil purchased, received, stored.
- Examines supplier documents and generating records to obtain fuel oil use and loss data.
- Verifies computation of gross and net barrels of oil received, using standard conversion tables and simple arithmetic.
- Notifies supervisory personnel when discrepancies and errors cannot be resolved.
- Prepares receipts for oil received.
- Prepares reports of quantity and value of oil purchased, received, lost in delivery, burned, and in storage tanks.
- Supporting daily operation works
- Monitoring fuel staff performances
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets
- Diploma in Office Management / Business Administration
- Familiar with office procedures, filing systems, and documentation handling
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
- Basic understanding of business operations and customer service principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Transgender highly recommended
