We are looking for a proactive, organised, and reliable Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who requires a hands-on approach for managing end-to end payroll processing as well as other human resource administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing and statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, letters of appointment, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other related HR documentation.
  • Responsible for stamping employment-related contracts and documents to ensure full compliance with the Malaysian Stamp Act 1949.
  • Responsible for the preparation of annual Form E & Form EA, as well as the submission of Form CP22 & CP22A to local authorities.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Handling onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Oversee the Performance Management System administration, ensuring all employee appraisal and development plan records are accurately maintained and tracked.
  • Assists in managing misconduct and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with proven, hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing, recruitment, and disciplinary matters.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Good organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Well versed in Malaysia Labour Law.
  • Knowledge of payroll software (Orisoft System) would be an added advantage.
