Job Description

  • Handle inbound customer calls and queries across a range of topics, from product information to troubleshooting and complaints resolution
  • Provide accurate, timely and empathetic support to customers, always seeking to exceed their expectations
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your customer service skills

Qualification

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queries
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
