- Provide accurate information on banking products, accounts, loans, and services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to transactions, account access, and banking procedures.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant bank products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Deliver exceptional service that strengthens customer relationships and trust.
