About Us:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing and Administrative Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key team member in our day-to-day operations while supporting the growth and efficiency of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services in line with company needs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

· Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

· Administrative Support: Assist in handling various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.

· Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory records to avoid shortages or overstocking.

· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, purchases, and correspondence, and prepare reports for management as needed.

· Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth procurement and operational processes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

· Conversant in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Working location based at Sejingkat Industrial Park, Kuching.
