Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience (CX) Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer insights to help improve our products, services, and overall user experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct customer experience (CX) research using both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing, etc.)
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, support, etc.) to integrate customer insights into strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop clear and actionable reports and dashboards to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and optimization of customer journey maps and personas.
  • Monitor key CX metrics and assist in setting benchmarks.
  • Stay current with CX best practices, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • MBA with a focus in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in CX research, market research, user research, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with research tools and methods (e.g., survey platforms, statistical analysis, data visualization).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to present insights clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
