QC Inspector

About Us:

Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. is wholly foreign-owned by Alton Industry Ltd. Group, a US-based global supplier of household products and industrial tools, with a total land area of 45.25 acres.

The base in Malaysia has established a comprehensive complex of six full-featured factories. These factories integrate motor assembly, sheet metal processing, injection moulding, general assembly lines, and automated intelligent warehousing.

In addition to the core production and storage areas, it also carefully designed a five-story modern office building, two three-story canteens and activity centers full of life, and four five-story dormitory buildings.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to inspection standards and work instructions.
2. Use measuring instruments and testing equipment to perform dimensional and visual inspections, and record inspection data.
3. Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming products in a timely manner, and assist in root cause analysis.
4. Ensure accuracy and traceability of inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
5. Assist Quality Engineers or supervisors in executing quality improvement activities.
6. Maintain inspection tools and equipment to ensure proper working condition.
7. Comply with company safety, 5S, and quality management system requirements.

Your Background & Experience

1. High school education or above; background in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality-related fields preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a quality-related position.
3. Familiar with basic measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and plug gauges.
4. Strong quality awareness and problem identification skills.
5. Meticulous, responsible, and able to work on shifts if required.
6. Able to read and understand English inspection standards and work instructions.
