What you'll be doing?
  • Technical Pre-Sales Support: Provide expert guidance, deliver compelling presentations, and conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our client's innovative solutions.
  • Solution Customization: Design and develop tailored solutions based on customer needs, optimizing product offerings to meet unique requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical assistance, support deal negotiations, and contribute to closing sales.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance product positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed technical documentation, sales reports, and proposals to streamline business operations and support decision-making processes.
Who are they looking for?
  • Engineering Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, bringing a solid foundation in technical principles to the role.
  • Semiconductor Expertise: Possess strong product knowledge and technical expertise in the semiconductor field, enabling you to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and support international business operations.
