About the role

Reporting directly to the Department Manager, this full-time E-commerce Executive position offers an exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Pasaraya Yee Seet Fear. Based in Ipoh, Perak, you will play a key role in driving the company's online sales and e-commerce operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms and online sales channels
  • Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to promote products and drive online sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and visuals for the e-commerce platforms
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure a seamless online shopping experience
  • Assist with inventory management, order fulfilment and logistics
  • Update product listing from time to time

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales funnels and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in using e-commerce and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about the retail and e-commerce industry
