Position: Sales Operation Analyst - MandarinClient : HPContract 12months and renewable subject to project demandLocation: KL GatewayResponsibilities:Manage the demo inventory daily to achieve 2 KPIs—Aged & Overdue < 10%Responsible for managing loans and retrieving loans after a loan period has ended.Update the inventory level reports in SharePoint/ SAP systemPrepare the overdue report to the country and management team update.Follow up on the loan status by email and phone call.Manage monthly meetings with the business partner and region team to discuss country issues.Extend the loan once it is due and get the info support to seek approval.Work with Sale Reb for loans converted to sales and follow up closely for the demo buyout.Prepare the aged bundles back to the Region return Center (SGP).Good knowledge in Sales Operation Support - Preparing quotation, PORequirements:Degree in any field.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Able to speak, read and typing in MandarinJob Type: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):what is your current and expected salary?Are you able to speak and read in Mandarin?Are you wiling to work for contract 12months and renewable basis?how many years of experience with an international company ?Work Location: In person
