Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct engaging lessons based on the official STPM syllabus for assigned subjects
  • Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions tailored to students' learning needs and pace.
  • Prepare lesson notes, exercises, and mock examinations to reinforce understanding.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments and feedback.
  • Assist students in developing effective study techniques and exam strategies.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
  • Encourage and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
  • Strong knowledge of the current STPM syllabus and examination format.
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience at the STPM or pre-university level is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in preparing students for national or pre-university examinations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Passionate about teaching and student success.
  • Familiar with digital learning tools (for online teaching roles).
