About EOI – Young Leaders & Innovators Network (Cohort 1)

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is designed to connect visionary young professionals with Majestic Gen's leadership team for future collaborations, pilot projects, and mentorship.

What You will Gain

  • Direct, respectful engagement with Majestic Gen's leadership team in curated idea-exchange sessions. Access to insights, mentoring, and real networking within an expanding ecosystem of innovators and partners.
  • Recognition for participation, every applicant receives transparent feedback (upon request) and may be connected to future opportunities. e-Certificate of Expression of Interest (EOI) for all participants of Majestic Gen Innovators Cohort 1.
  • Opportunities for collaboration or advisory roles if there is a genuine alignment and potential impact.
  • Your ideas stay yours with full confidentiality and written acknowledgment before any collaboration moves forward.

Who We're Looking For

  • Preferably under 35 (but open if the mindset fits).
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent hustle. What matters is what you do with what you know.
  • Background: Any industry or wherever innovation lives, you fit.
  • Mindset: You think differently, challenge the usual, and can hold your own in a room full of decision-makers. Entrepreneurial, curious, collaborative; comfortable engaging senior leaders.
  • Edge: You bring an idea, network, or insight that sparks opportunity.
  • Ethos: You believe growth should be fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial.

  • Step 1 – Submit Your Profile

    Upload your latest CV via JobStreet, and we will be in touch.

    Alternatively, email your CV and a 1-minute self-intro video (who you are, what drives you, and what you're passionate about) to .

    All applications are reviewed carefully.

  • Step 2 – Share Your Perspective

    If selected you will be invited to submit a one-page write-up on either:

    ○ An idea, project, or concept you're passionate about; or

    ○ How your background or network could bring value to Majestic Gen.

    You will receive confirmation of your submission within 5 working days. Every application is valued and handled with full confidentiality.

  • Step 3 – Conversation Session

    Shorlisted participants will join a virtual or in-person "Majestic Gen Innovators Network" session within 4 – 6 weeks of submission.

  • Step 4 – Next Phase of Engagement

    After the session, you will be informed of your outcome:

    ○ Selected for a pilot collaboration or project; or

    ○ Added to our talent pool for future matching opportunities; or

    ○ Not selected this round with the option to request brief feedback.

All participants will receive an e-Certificate of Expression of Interest (EOI) officially recognizing their participation in Majestic Gen Innovators Cohort 1.
