We are currently looking for an Accounting Intern to join our team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

About the Role:

As an intern, you will assist our accounting team in managing accounting tasks for multiple clients. This is a hands-on opportunity for students or recent graduates with a diploma or degree in accounting to gain real experience in outsourced accounting operations, build technical skills, and learn how to work across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bookkeeping and data entry for client accounts
  • Help reconcile bank statements and client general ledgers
  • Prepare and organize financial reports for client review
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes for multiple clients
  • Help with monthly and quarterly closings for various clients
  • Assist in preparing documentation for tax filings and audits
  • Communicate with clients regarding documentation, receipts, and clarifications
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Professional communication skills, especially in client interactions
  • Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
