  • Support daily HR and administrative operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
  • Assist in recruitment tasks: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preparing forms.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding (letters, orientation, ID card, exit process).
  • Assist with payroll by collecting attendance, leave, OT, and claims.
  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, warning, memo, etc.).
  • Manage staff leave, attendance, and medical claim records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support.
  • Coordinate training, meetings, and company events.
  • Perform general administrative duties (stationery, filing, documentation).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Industrial Relations / Finance or related fields.
  • At least 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detailed, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarization with HR systems; experience with Infotech is an added advantage.
