Job Description
1. Purchasing, billing and delivery.
2. Helping company to prepare documents for importing or exporting goods
3. To maintain and organising filling system to ensure traceability of documents and accounting.
4. Helping account department to prepare salaries.
5. Supporting admin and account department with other administrative
Requirement:
1. Experience of admin Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
2. Preferable with experience using SQL or similar accounting software.
3. SPM or Diploma is preferred.
4. Knowledge of administrative and accounting keeping
5. Familiar with sales report and sales records.
6. Computer literate is a must.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. At least 1 year or working experience in the related field is required.
