- Responsible to monitor staff attendance, and leave taken by recording in the system as evidence and support for the year.
- Manage the employee claim process to ensure policy and limits are adhered.
- Prepare monthly reports to Payroll Department, Billing & IT.
- Summary of No Pay Leave Record monthly.
- Maintain employees' personal files and ensure all filling is accurate.
- Responsible for the process of employees' company insurance inclusive renewal and claims.
- Prepare Monthly Management Meeting (MMM) reports.
- Responsible for off-boarding of leavers such as preparing Notification of resignation, Exit Interview & Clearance Form, Acceptance of Resignation, and liaising with internal departments.
- Update for completed Clearance form, Leave Record, and other documents for resigned staff to Payroll for processing final salary.
- Liaise with payroll to update the final salary for resigned staff.
- Prepare memo & update salary revision-salary increment (Academic achievement & Professional achievement) after approval from CEO to Payroll Dept.
- Prepare Leave Balance Report monthly to Payroll Dept.
- Prepare & update the Amount Owed to the company for resigned staff monthly to Payroll Dept.
- Responsible to assist for SOCSO claim (Accidental claim).
- Answer queries & manage staff movement regarding insurance and medical benefit monthly to the providers.
- Update leave & attendance via HR System.
- Update & approve MC via HR System.
- Prepare memo of payment for Insurance.
- Assist to check & update for Child Education Claim and prepare a memo of payment to the Account Dept.
- Prepare verification letter of employment, contract completed, secondment, and others related to staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal)
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Exercise high confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
