Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall project execution from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Manage tendering, cost control, variations (VO), progress claims, and contractual matters.
  • Review drawings & technical submissions; resolve discrepancies and site technical issues.
  • Plan and lead authority submissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct progress meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, negotiate pricing, and ensure work meets project targets.
  • Identify project risks, provide mitigation strategies, and problem-solve promptly.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to ensure productivity and high performance.
  • Ensure timely handover, documentation, testing & commissioning (where applicable).
  • Handle multiple fast-track projects efficiently when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Senior PM: Minimum 8–10 years related experience.
  • PM: Minimum 4–6 years related experience.
  • Experience in petrol station, civil, M&E, infrastructure, oil & gas, or general building projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction workflow and technical drawings.
  • Good understanding of cost management, tendering, VO, and contract administration.
  • Familiar with authority submission procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or related software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision; proactive and responsible.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
