We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in finance, operations, and general office support.

You will assist with basic accounting tasks, support day-to-day administrative duties, and help ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make reminder calls or send messages to customers for payment collection
  • Record and update daily sales, expenses, and payment transactions
  • Check and maintain inventory or stock records
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Support the accounting team with invoice preparation and simple bookkeeping
  • Help with general administrative duties as assigned
