Customer Service & Sales Admin
Process and file sales orders, invoices and returns
Work with sales team to ensure timely payment and record keeping2. Administrative and Office Support
Manage day-to-day office operations for retail and warehouse teams.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems (invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls)
Key Skills Required
Proficient in accounting software (Master Accounting Software)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and coordination skills
At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative role, preferably in wholesale, retail, or a related industry
Office hours : Monday to Saturday (8.30am - 5pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
