  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate quantity take-offs.
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
  • To assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents.
  • Oversees material ordering and cost control.
  • Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
  • Prepares tender bid documents.
  • To undertake ad hoc duties as required by the nature of the project.
