  • Find information on available transport and accommodation options, including prices and convenience.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend the best travel plans.
  • Provide details about local attractions, tours, restaurants, and entertainment, and give out maps or brochures.
  • Prepare travel itineraries.
  • Make and confirm reservations for transport, tours, and hotels.
  • Issue tickets, boarding passes, and travel vouchers.
  • Help customers get necessary travel documents, such as visas.
  • Check travel documents and register passengers and luggage at check-in or departure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
