Your Role & Impact:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the friendly voice and helpful text that assists our global user base. You will use your bilingual skills in Mandarin and English to guide customers, solve their problems, and enhance their overall experience with our platforms.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Thrives in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
  • Is comfortable with technology and basic software.
  • Can adapt to a rotating schedule that includes weekends and night shifts.
  • (Preferred) Has prior customer service experience.
  • Available to start immediately.
