Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and related documents;
  • Prepare and oversee the cash flow activities within the group to ensure fund allocation aligns with the established plans, and generate variance analysis reports;
  • Monitor the monthly and yearly budgets of subsidiary companies, and prepare detailed reports for analysis;
  • Act as a liaison with auditors (both internal and external), tax agents, ESG consultants, and relevant authorities when necessary;
  • Ensure that all year-end statutory audits and tax filing requirements are addressed and compliant with regulatory standards; and
  • Undertake special assignments and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Professional Certificate in Accountancy, or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced Public Listed Company (PLC) environment with tight deadlines;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, and experience in an audit firm is require;
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin languages;
  • Strong knowledge in accounting, cash management, audit and taxation;
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Excel and Word;
  • Demonstrates high integrity, proactiveness, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and professionally;
  • A team player with excellent communication skills who can effectively supervise a team of subordinates; and
