In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Plantations (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

Job Description

This include but not limited to:-

• Enforce the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices in the plantation
• Ensure effective and efficient oil palm upkeep and cultivation i.e fertilization, weeding, pruning and harvesting processes are in accordance to Company's SOP and quality standard
• Ensure the availability and upkeep of resources related to plantation operational activities
• Ensure security and safety of staff working in the plantation
• Plan the plantation annual work program and ensure compliance with the Company's plan
• Conduct yearly budgeting, forecasting and workforce allocation
• Ensure the implementation of RSPO (Roundtable Sustainable Palm Oil) standards at the plantation
• Attend to audit issues and implement improvement action plan on non-conformance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree with minimum CGPA 2.75
• Computer literacy and able to operate Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
• Good command and written in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
