Responsibilities

  1. Tracking Implementation & Maintenance

  2. Able to set up product analytics tools (Such as GA4, GTM, PostHog, Mixpanel,Amplitude or other)

  3. Configure event tracking, conversions, funnels, cohorts.
  4. Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) or equivalent.

  5. Ensure UTM parameters, campaign tracking, and marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) are firing correctly.

  6. Data Quality & Governance

  7. Work with developers to ensure correct event tagging in apps/websites.

  8. Test/validate that tracking is accurate (QA events before production).

  9. Document the tracking plan (which events, parameters, naming conventions).

  10. Marketing Performance Analytics

  11. Connect GA4 with ad platforms (Google Ads, FB Ads, TikTok Ads).

  12. Build dashboards showing ROAS, CAC, LTV, funnel conversion.

  13. Highlight where campaigns underperform.

  14. Collaboration

  15. Work with data and marketing team

Required Skillset

  • Must-Have (At Least 4):

  • Hands-on experience with a digital analytics platform (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel or Amplitude).

  • Experience with marketing pixels & attribution (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Event tracking setup & QA (web).
  • Marketing attribution knowledge (campaign tracking, UTM, ad platform integrations).
  • Ability to design & maintain a tracking plan (events, properties, naming conventions).
  • Tag management systems (e.g., GTM, Segment, Rudderstack, or self-hosted pipelines).

  • SQL basics.

  • Good-to-Have (bonus skills):

  • Scripting skills (JavaScript or Python) for custom tracking/debugging.

  • BI/dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase).
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-volume consumer platforms.
