Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Coordinator to manage the company's administrative, logistics, and operational activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth order management, regulatory compliance, asset upkeep, inventory tracking, and efficient daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistics activities, including order processing, deliveries, and customer shipment arrangements.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for orders, customers, and technical sales information.
- Monitor and manage inventory for merchandise, marketing materials, and office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Oversee company assets and facilities, including maintenance schedules for air conditioners, fire extinguishers, and other equipment.
- Ensure all business licenses, permits, and compliance documents are renewed promptly with zero lapses.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as correspondence, courier management, and visitor reception.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems (both digital and physical) with proper confidentiality and record retention practices.
- Prepare simple reports related to logistics, inventory, and compliance tracking.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing room bookings, and supporting administrative coordination across departments.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
