Responsible for the specific execution and verification of overseas data center testing and acceptance in Southeast Asia, assisting in completing evidence collection for each test item, managing test progress, and controlling test quality. Primary responsibilities include:

1. On-site Test Management and Coordination for Southeast Asia Projects

● Coordinate and manage the work execution of suppliers and third-party testing entities at project sites;

● Overseeing implementation of test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of technical requirements and contractual specifications;

● Coordinating resources to resolve on-site emergencies, driving rapid issue identification and closure;

● Ensuring testing adheres to safety protocols, quality standards, and client delivery requirements to secure successful project acceptance.

2. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Quality Control for Large-Scale Projects

● Participate in FAT for critical equipment/systems, executing checklists per standardized procedures;

● Conduct on-site verification of key quality control points (e.g., electrical safety, structural reliability, thermal management performance);

● Implement project-wide quality control during execution, performing on-site inspections against critical checklists to proactively identify risks and track resolution;

● Assist in reviewing supplier-submitted technical documentation (BOM, drawings, test reports, compliance certificates, etc.) to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

3. Work Location and Schedule:
Estimated travel duration ranges from 30% to 70% based on project requirements, primarily within Southeast Asian countries.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (exceptional candidates may be considered)

2. Major: Electrical engineering (power or low-voltage systems), HVAC, or related electromechanical fields. Minimum 3 years of industry experience, preferably with data center experience (test/validation experience preferred). Proficient in test/validation processes and data center systems (electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, fire protection). Capable of reviewing test plans, protocols, and reports.

3. Proficient in managing test project progress, quality, and safety aspects; strong EHS awareness and experience.

4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit; diligent, responsible, independent judgment, proactive learning attitude, and team-oriented mindset.

5. Experience in test project management; PMP certification preferred.

6. Ability to handle pressure and willingness to undertake extended business travel.

● 项目实施过程质量管控,根据关键核查清单项目现场检查,提前识别项目风险并跟踪闭环;

● 协助审核供应商提交的技术文档(如BOM、图纸、测试报告、合规证书等),确保符合设计规范与行业标准

3.工作地点和时间
,根据项目的实际需要预计出差时长在30%-70%,主要出差范围在东南亚区域的相应国家。

1. 学历要求本科及以上(优秀者可放宽)

2. 专业要求具备电气(强电、弱电均可)、暖通等机电相关专业背景,行业经验3年以上,具备数据中心工作经验(测试验证经验者优先),熟悉测试验证流程,熟悉数据中心相关系统(电气、暖通、弱电、消防),具备审核测试计划、测试方案、测试报告等能力;

3. 熟悉测试验证项目进度、质量、安全等内容,有良好的EHS意识和经验。

4. 良好的表达沟通能力和团队合作精神,工作认真负责、具有独立的判断能力、主动学习意识和团队精神;

5. 具备一定的测试项目管理经验及能力,有PMP证书者优先;

6. 具备一定承压能力,可接受较长时间出差 。
