About the role

As the Live Stream Marketing Manager at Pearl Gain Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business development and revenue growth through live stream sales. In this full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be working together with a team of sales professionals, developing effective sales strategies, and leveraging the power of live streaming to engage with customers and close deals.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to identify, engage, and convert new customers through live stream channels
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling live stream content and sales presentations
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimise sales processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in sales and customer engagement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales & marketing management or business development role, preferably in the live stream or e-commerce industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in the use of live streaming platforms, CRM tools, and other sales-related technologies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, video production, and e-commerce integrations.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic adjustments quickly.
