SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES
Having a balance of both Key Assignment and Administrative work will enable the intern to be productive and gain a well-rounded learning experience
Key Assignment Work (Assignment that will require the intern to harness the skill, knowledge, and theoretical practice they learnt in university, providing them real work experience.)
- Assist in preparing communication with hospitals
- Assist on maintenance of user access in hospital portal
- Assist on checking and getting a renewed hospital license from hospital
- Support in performing audit/review on hospital
Administrative work (Practical general administrative knowledge and work to gain exposure and education on the business/function process in an organization.)
- Provide a support for meeting with hospital, agents or related departments.
- Assist in completing management-related tasks such as document compilation, review and summarize and follow up matters as directed by the supervisor.
