Responsibilities:

  • Review and check the daily sales of the outlet
  • Verify the authenticity of the receipt that sent by outlet
  • Responsible on the bills and invoices from the outlet
  • Ensure the amount that stated in the invoice and system are the same
  • Responsible on the data entry in the system
  • Handle filling tasks as required
  • Issue and handle all necessary paperwork
  • Perform administrative and office support activities
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager
