Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new clients for CLQ accommodation and recruitment services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenancy or service agreements.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Support marketing activities including social media, digital promotions, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve sales, occupancy, and placement targets set by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
