About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Infinity RC Builder Sdn Bhd. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites. This full-time role is a crucial part of our organization, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, including tradespeople, labourers, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Managing site operations, including materials, equipment, and workforce scheduling
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on site in a timely manner
  • Providing progress updates to project managers and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to site activities
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment on site

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and delegate tasks as needed
  • Must able to Outstation
  • Working Site might be KL, Ipoh, Penang or Johor
