Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and account setup
  • Document all support interactions in the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
  • Educate users on basic IT procedures and best practices
  • Support routine system updates and maintenance
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems and common office applications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Optional but beneficial: CompTIA A+ or similar IT certification
