Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and account setup
- Document all support interactions in the helpdesk ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Educate users on basic IT procedures and best practices
- Support routine system updates and maintenance
- Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems and common office applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Optional but beneficial: CompTIA A+ or similar IT certification
