Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and retention strategies.
  • Handle disciplinary matters and grievance resolutions with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, etc.).
  • Lead talent development, appraisals, and succession planning processes.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to management on workforce trends, turnover, and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality, fairness, and professionalism at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
  • Experience in hospitality, service, or retail industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM6, RM7,500.00 per month
