Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions and backend systems. Key responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing Object-Oriented Programming principles, collaborating with team members, and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-quality application performance and reliability. The role also involves staying updated with the latest technologies and contributing to the growth of the company's technical capabilities.

Qualifications

  • strong foundation in Computer Science, software development concepts, and programming languages
  • Proficiency in back-end web development, including experience with databases and server-side frameworks
  • 4–5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with Oracle solutions, AWS/cloud platforms, or server/network infrastructure is an added advantage
