About the role

Become a key part of the content creation team at EMPAYAR IDAMAN RESOURCES' in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a full-time Content Creator, you will play a vital role in the company's marketing and communication efforts, crafting engaging and impactful content across multiple platforms.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute effective content strategies to support the company's marketing objectives
  2. Create a wide variety of original content including articles, social media posts, videos, and graphics
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate, plan, and deliver high-quality content on time
  4. Optimise content for search engine discoverability and user engagement
  5. Monitor content performance and provide insights to continually improve content quality and impact
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter or in a similar role
  2. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  3. Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut and social media management tools
  4. Understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) principles and content performance metrics
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction well
  6. Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Passion for content creation and a drive to deliver high-quality, engaging content
  8. Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to meet clients (if needed).
