Responsibilities:

· Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.

· Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

· Maintain employee records and HR databases.

· Handle basic employee queries and support HR policy implementation.

· Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

· Prepare and maintain payroll computation and ensure high standards of compliance and accuracy.

· Prepare the necessary payroll related information and reports for the management's review.

· Handle filing and safe-keeping of all related documents and ensure accurate salary pay-outs.

· Liaise with relevant government authorities on monthly contributions, deductions, submissions and relevant correspondence.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources management/Business Administration or its equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years experience in handling payroll and knowledge on HR functions.

· Computer literate with good interpersonal skills and a team player.
