Job Description:

·       Monitor and support the progress of project planning and execution, ensuring timelines are met in accordance with Management's direction.

·       Lead and guide project team members in liaising with contractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution, minimizing delays and avoiding extensions of time.

·       Communicate with local authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for building inspections and project development.

·       Assist in managing project budgets, cost control, and preparation of reports for management decision-making.

·       Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.

·       Strong understanding of construction methods, design processes, and local regulatory requirements.

·       Familiarity with project budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

·       Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·       Strong communication and coordination abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.

·       Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Offic, AutoCAD)

·       Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
