This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager (Advertising & Marketing Solutions) based in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and delivering multi-product media solutions spanning content, digital ads, events, and data-led marketing.

Your day-to-day:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and developer clients to meet sales targets
  • Propose integrated media campaigns combining content, digital ads, events, and branded storytelling
  • Identify upsell opportunities across new products, special issues, data reports, and content-led partnerships
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and end-to-end campaign execution
  • Track performance metrics, reporting insights and recommendations
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with C-level stakeholders

  • Strong experience in client relationship management, account management, and business development
  • Track record in sales, negotiation, and delivering results against revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and provide insights-driven strategies to clients
  • Organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in the property or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
