Event & Marketing Senior Executive/Event Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manages event plans, ensure smooth running of events
  • Good experiences & contacts in the industry and suppliers' base
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new partners
  • Event Marketing related tasks
  • Events budget planning
  • Good negotiation skills to obtain best prices and terms from parties involved
  • Responsible for all aspects of the event team's activities
  • Creative in planning, implementing, meeting timeline & problem solving
  • Deal with team to work and supervise their works as per client's expectation
  • Evaluate event's success and submit reports
  • Leadership opportunity to lead & grow the team

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Plus point if have experience in App base conferences management, virtual & hybrid events
  • Aggressive, Creative, Dynamic and able to work independently in servicing customers and able to manage events with smooth flow & with great satisfaction.
  • Must have a good command of spoken/ written English.
  • Must have own transport, willing to travel.
  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process oriented, good follow-through on work and is able to multi-task on projects.
  • Leadership/Management skills
