Role Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • 0–3 years of accounting experience
    (experience in
    full set of accounts
    in the
    manufacturing industry
    is an added advantage)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles & solid Microsoft Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing
    monthly & annual financial statements
  • Maintain accurate
    financial records
    in line with accounting standards
  • Support
    month-end, quarter-end & year-end closing
    activities
  • Assist with
    management reporting & financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with
    accounting, tax & regulatory requirements
  • Support
    budgeting & forecasting
    (data gathering, working files)
  • Assist with
    financial audits
    and liaise with auditors
  • Perform
    account reconciliations
    and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and update
    financial databases & documentation
  • Provide support in
    processing payments, POs & expense claims
  • Handle ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned
