Business Development Executive

Location: Northern Region

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our network and shape the future of urban mobility and parking solutions. If you enjoy connecting with others, spotting opportunities, and making deals happen — this role is for you

What You'll Be Doing

  • Spot new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate leads, follow up on potential clients, and turn conversations into partnerships.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to share how our solutions can make a difference.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that work for them.
  • Work from a targeted prospect list to secure long-term partnerships for our car park business.
  • Make sure business surveys and proposals meet project and department standards.
  • Represent the company with confidence — whether face-to-face, on the phone, or online.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A Diploma or higher in any field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or related areas (corporate sales is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — you're confident presenting and building relationships.
  • Comfortable in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin and those speak Hokkein are a big plus
  • Outgoing, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Have your own transportation and ready to travel to meet potential clients and landlords.
